5. Shipping

• Delivery time varies depending on destination location
• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and distance
• Tracking number will be provided after goods are shipped
• Risk of damage during shipping is borne by the courier

6. Warranty & Returns

We provide a warranty for tent products against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms:

• 6 months warranty for frames and seams
• Warranty does not apply to damage from improper use
• Product returns can be made within 7 days after goods are received
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
